Can I Swap 5th Wheel King Pin From 2022 Alliance Paradigm Lippert Rhino With A Gooseneck Hitch?

Question:

We tow a 2022 Alliance Paradigm that has a Lippert Rhino pin box and GVWR just over 19,000 lb. Our new RAM has a factory gooseneck ball. Can we tow it that way safely? we're still new to this as the dealer had to show us everything when we bought the camper new in 22

Cheryl - absolutely. Your Paradigm’s Rhino box pairs perfectly with the MORryde GooseTech # MR24MV, which is built for the 18,000 lb and up class. It keeps your ride height stock but uses a rubber shock-absorbing core to soften bumps that a standard king pin can’t. Some 5th wheel pin boxes can have this cushioned setup as well, but you'd still have to use the heavy 5th wheel hitch in truck and you don't have one for your RAM, so I'd go this MORryde route for sure!

It’s a smoother setup overall - plus you gain full bed space once you’re not towing, as I mentioned.

Don’t forget to add chain kit # GY49GR for the gooseneck conversion.
