They sure do. The Dexter 7K ABS brakes # DX69WR / # DX79WR actually use the Nev-R-Adjust mechanism for the electric brakes. Once installed, they’ll automatically maintain the correct shoe clearance. After installation, do Dexter’s break-in procedure - about 20 stops from 40 mph - and they’ll stay tuned in automatically after that.
