Yes, they are Todd. The Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller w/ Custom Harness item # RED49CR is a direct fit for your 2016 Ford F-250 so long as your truck came from the factory with a 7-way connector. This kit includes everything you need to get you setup.
If your truck does not have the factory brake controller the plug you're looking for is right below the radio there's a shallow slot with a coin holder on the right of it. The little compartment will pop right out and the cable you need is plugged into the back side of the coin holder.
