Question:
Hi there. I have an issue. The collar doesn’t cover this area. The item won’t work for my needs. The item is still in the wrapper and I’ve taken a photo, my question is is there another item that would work for this unit? How can I send a photo?

Hey Bryann, the Ventline Exterior Wall Vent for RV Range Hood - Locking Damper - 1-3/4" Collar # V2111-55 you ordered requires rough-in of about 10-1/2" x 3-3/4" which is fairly common for travel trailers.
With your old one removed, can you measure that rough-in and get back with me on this page? Then I can see if we have one that fits. If we don't, you may need to look for a used one or reach out to the RV manufacturer.
If you were trying to return your old one, you can contact our customer service dept. at 1-800-940-8924.
