I am looking for a A-Frame trailer jack for my 2021 Airstream Basecamp 20X. I would like a aluminum or stainless steel jack. What options do you have?

The only A-Frame trailer jack we have with aluminum or stainless steel is the Fulton F2 Adjustable A-Frame Jack # F1413250334, which has aluminum for both the inner and outer sleeves. The F2 series jacks from Fulton are top-notch so you can be confident it's going to last for a long time.
