Hello again, Ryan!
The lug nuts on the Easy Grease Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3.5K Axles - 5 on 5-1/2 - Pre-Greased # AKIHUB-555-35-EZ-K should be tightened to anywhere between 75 and 85 foot pounds when using a 10" wheel, like the # AM3H454 you got. I would split the difference and go to 80 foot pounds. I included a chart that has the torque specs you could ever want as well.
Let me know if there is anything else I can help with! : )

Hey Ryan, how did tightening the lug nuts to around 80 foot-pounds work out on your hub and wheel setup? Your feedback could help others dialing in the right torque for their trailers.
