Will this be compatible with a 2023 Ram 2500? And does this work with any rail kit or just Reese?

Hi Seth!
The Reese Quick-Install Custom Outboard Brackets for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP56016 will only be compatible with the Reese Universal Outboard Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches - 10 Bolt - Extended Length # RP30153, so they cannot be used with standard Reese rails or any other rails (you do have to stick the same manufacturer for both parts). Also, these will fit a 2011 to 2016 Ford F250, F350, and F450 so they will not fit your truck.
For your 2023 Ram 2500, you will need one of the following options:
Reese Universal Base Rails and Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches - 10 Bolt # RP30035 + # RP58522
Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for Ram Truck - Gloss Finish # C16427-104
Reese does not currently make a full bracket kit for your Ram, so you would need their universal kit to get the front brackets and then their # RP58522 for the rear brackets. The Curt option includes front and rear custom brackets and the rails, so it is the way I would go. Even if you already have rails.
