Question:
Will I be able to tow my 5th wheel if I lower my Ford F350 dually. If so, How low can I go before exceeding standard height? Please advise. Thanks.

5th wheel towing is generally easiest with a truck of stock height, one that is neither lifted nor lowered. You can measure your level trailer's height (trailers should always be level when towed for best stability and least sway) and compare this to the truck's current height at the bed rails. You will also want to check with the maker of any kit you install to see if it reduces the truck's towing capacity.
The linked diagram shows you the recommended minimum clearances when towing a 5th wheel. The overhang should be at least 5-inches above the bed rails when the trailer is hitched and level. You should have at least 16-inches of space between the bumper and the front of the trailer, as shown.
5th wheel hitches do offer some height adjustment; for example, the Reese # RP30047 adjusts from 14-1/2- to 18-inches. Just confirm your king pin height and compare this to the truck and the particular hitch you intend to install to see by how much, if any, you can lower the truck. Keep in mind that the trailer's pin weight will tend to drop the rear end of the truck.
