Just bought a 2023 Thor Hurricane 31C on the 18K F-53 chassis. Is the ST88MR still the right model or do I need the yellow version?

Eric, you’re right to double-check. The # ST88MR fits the 16K–22K GVWR F-53 chassis, so it’s perfect for your Hurricane 31C. The yellow version # ST59YR you were referring to is used on Freightliner chassis 04+, so stick with the white one I mentioned.
You’ll get a more centered steering feel, especially when a semi passes or you hit a crowned road. After install, take a short test drive and tweak the center point - it’s easy and worth doing once.
