Hey James. The wiring harness you need to control a trailer's lights do not come with the hitch. For a 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe, you'll want the Curt Powered Tail Light Converter item # C59236. This harness will splice directly into your tail light wiring and provide you with a 4-flat connector capable of controlling your trailer or accessories lighting functions
To add a hitch to your Sante Fe, I recommend the Curt item # C37RV, you were looking at. This 2" hitch is custom fit for the 2024 Santa Fe and comes with all hardware necessary for installation. It has a 4,000 lbs towing capacity and a 600 lbs maximum tongue weight.
