No, it does not Jeff. The Firestone Airide Red Label Extreme Duty Air Helper Springs item # F95FV is just the air bag, mounting brackets, and hardware. They do fit your 2025 Ford F-350 and are compatible with both the 2WD and 4WD models.

To add a compressor, I recommend the Firestone Air Command Heavy Duty Air Compressor item # F56VV. This onboard compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags from your phone or an included remote. This kit also includes all wiring you'll need and a no-drill bracket kit.
