I bought a 1999 Chevy Silverado 2500 it has gooseneck plate with no ball the opening is 3 inch wide I cant find a ball to fit it

Hello James, thanks for reaching out. All of the gooseneck balls we offer have a 2-inch diameter shank. I am sorry to say we do not have anything with a 3" diameter shank. None of our manufacturers have anything with that shank size, so you may want to consider exchanging your gooseneck hitch with something more standard.
