Could I use this to wax my aluminum horse trailer, or will it leave streaks?

Patty, you can definitely use the Orbital Buffer 10" # PT37VR on aluminum. Just make sure to use a non-abrasive finishing wax and the wool or microfiber bonnet. Compounds are more for painted or gelcoat surfaces, but for bare aluminum, you’ll want something protective like a metal polish or a sealant. Work in small sections, wipe off with a microfiber towel, and you’ll be good to go.

Do you want the aluminum to stay shiny, or are you trying to knock down oxidation too?
