Are Replacement Universal Axle Bracket for Firestone Ride-Rite Air Springs F22VV Sold Individually?

I was wondering about the firestone universal axle bracket you sell. Part number is F22VV and from the firestone manual it is PT:5946 My question is does this come with 4 of the brackets to make it complete or is this just one individual bracket.
