Question:
I’m in Minnesota and worried about cold weather camping. Will the Fogatti FG38FR hold up, or should I winterize every trip?

Expert Reply:
Alan, the Fogatti # FG38FR includes a built-in antifreeze cycle it kicks on at about 43°F to keep water inside from freezing, as long as propane and 12V power are available. For long winter storage, draining is still smart. The white-door # FG58FR has the same feature.
Since you’re in Duluth, I’d still plan on winterizing if you’re leaving the RV unattended in January. Do you usually camp year-round, or just extend your season into late fall?
