Question:
Searching for air bag options for 2025 Chevy ZR2 with 5th wheel/GN prep kit. AL shows 88408 and another model that should work. I am not sure which Firestone works but I do not think they have an internal jounce. What is your suggestion based on what your team of experts say? Thanks

Great question, Dave!
The Air Lift kit, part # AL28FF, that you are looking at is specifically for the ZR2 model. The other kits that Air Lift had for that Year of 2500 don't fit the ZR2 model. You are also correct in that Firestone doesn't offer air bags with internal jounce bumpers, which is part # F2613. Personally, I would go with the Air Lift option. Mainly because their air lines and fittings are more reliable. You also get that failsafe internal jounce so that the bags never fully compress.
If you are also looking for a compressor, I recommend part # AL25854. However, if you don't to get a compressor I recommend getting the union tee # AL21838 so when you are inflating the bags you can inflate them at the same time with equal PSI.

Hey Dave, how did the Air Lift kit work out on your ZR2 with the 5th wheel prep? Your update could make it easier for others trying to choose between Air Lift and Firestone for the same setup.
