Hey Darren, yes the two parts will work great to flat to your 1999 Dodge Ram 1500. The Demco base plate kit part # DM9517085 is correct for your truck and the etrailer tow bar part # e94ZR is compatible with this base plate as well.

Do you have the rest of the parts you'll need to flat tow your truck?

@Darren Actually I think you are looking for the replacement pin set part # DM9523046 and then for a storage cover for the tow bar you'd want the part # e76FV.
