Question:

I have a dometic penguin model number 651815H on my Newmar Ventana 2019. I need two White shroud replacements. What model is recommended for this heat pump. Thanks

Hey Skip, thanks for the information. For your Dometic Penguin II with Heat Pump model 651815, you'll need the Replacement Shroud for Dometic Penguin II RV Air Conditioner - Polar White item # DMC65RR. This ones got the vents in you need built into the sides.

Thank you, I have thought that the model might work but could not get it verified. Thanks for the additional information. The original shrouds are black and living in Texas I was hopeful that using a white shroud on the heat pump might help the efficiency of the units until the new models are out from Penguin in a few months.

@SkipB You're welcome! That makes complete sense. Typically replacing one comes with a funny story about hitting a tree or a drive-thru. I have never seen someone wanting to replace two white ones.
