You're setting up a tandem-axle suspension and need everything to line up. Fits 1-3/4" double-eye springs on 2,000-7,000 lb tandem axles and includes hangers, equalizers, shackles, and hardware to get both axles tracking correctly.
This setup uses equalizers between the axles to transfer load as the trailer moves. When one axle hits a bump, the equalizer pivots to help keep weight distributed across both axles, improving stability and reducing harsh movement.
The 1-1/2" front and rear hangers position the spring eyes, while the 2-1/2" center hanger sets the equalizer height between axles. This layout keeps the suspension aligned so both axles share the load and move correctly under the trailer.
Hanger spacing is based on your spring length and equalizer size. Setting the correct distance between hangers allows the equalizer to pivot freely and helps prevent binding as the suspension cycles.

Hi, everyone, Steve here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking together at our Terran Industries, Tandem Axle hanger kit for double-eye springs. You're gonna have 1 1/2 inch tall front and rear hangers, and 2 1/2 inch tall center hangers. Again, folks, these can help you mount two double-eye springs, I'm sorry, four double I springs for two axles. It's a 1 3/4 inch wide spring that you're gonna be using for that Tandem Axle frame. Now the kit's gonna include your two equalizers.
These give you a 7 3/4 inch center to center. You're gonna get two front and two rear of the 1 1/2 inch tall hangers, and then two, 2 1/2 inch tall center hangers. And the way they measure them is from the center of the hole to the top flat part. That's where they get that 2 1/2 inch here. And then on these short ones, the 1 1/2 inch.
Shackle straps, 2 5/8 center to center. And of course you're three inch long shackle bolts with the corresponding nuts as well. So everything here, as you can see, has that goldish color tint on there. That's a coating so you don't have to worry about rust and corrosion anytime soon. Same thing with the equalizers, everything's coated.
Your hangers are not, now they have some like, you know, packing oil on them, but you're gonna wanna wipe that off obviously. And this is a weld on kit, so whenever you weld, after you've welded, you wanna make sure you paint those hangers to prevent rust and corrosion and those kind of things. So this is probably for a 2 to 7,000 pound Terran axel trailer. Again for the 1 3/4 inch wide double-eye springs. And that will wrap it up for our quick look together folks.
I'm Steven, thanks for watching. Stay safe while you're towing.
I think holes are way to small, I can’t press them in, stripped 3 bolts and the is no way they will go any deeper
, use a pray bar and still nothing bolts are getting stripped

It sounds like a frustrating install Stanislaw, but the holes are actually made that way on purpose. The bolts have splines under the head that are slightly larger than the hole, so when they’re pressed or tapped in, they bite into the hanger and keep the bolt from spinning later on. Because of that, they will feel tight and won’t slide in by hand. These bolts are meant to be installed by tapping or pressing them in with the hanger properly supported, not by pulling them through with the nut. If everything is lined up straight, they should seat with a few solid hits. Trying to draw them in with a wrench will usually just strip the threads before the splines can seat.
