Hey Mason. In order to determine if the Dexter E-Z Flex Suspension Kit item # K71-652-00 will fit I need you to measure the actual equalizer. You'll need to measure from the center of the bolt holes across your equalizer from the left to right and from the top bolt to the center line of the first measure. I have attached a diagram below of the item # K71-652-00 so you can compare the measurements you get to it.
If you could add this information and any other questions you have where it says Reply to Jerred H, I'll be happy to confirm or find an equalizer that will work for you.
While you've got your suspension taken apart, I recommend swapping out your leaf springs for new ones. If you could get the weight off of one side of your suspension and measure from the center of the mounting bolt to the mounting bolt on your leaf springs I would be happy to find you a replacement. I would also need to know how many leafs your current springs have.

Hi Jerred, Thanks for getting back to me, the measurements of the current equalizer appear to line up pretty close to the ez flex measurements. With the center to center being 5-3/4" and the center bolt down to the center line of the of the other two holes being 2-1/16"( I assume the the 1/16" descrepency shouldn't pose an issue besides changing the ride height a tad). The trailer has very few trips on it, is there a particular reason you recommend replacing the leaf springs? Thanks, Mason
