Recommended Travel Trailer Leveling System for a Rockwood Ultra

Question:

I have a 2017 Rockwood Ultra V 2618 VS with stabilizer jacks. If the Lippert ground control system is installed on a TT would I still need the stabilizer jacks that the trailer came with? Also if I install the system myself, do you still get the one year warranty from Lippert? Thank you

Hey Hilary. The Electric Ground Control TT Automatic 5-Point Travel Trailer Leveling System item # LC672136 is going to replace whatever stabilizer jacks that came with your trailer. You're definitely not going to need them.

There's nothing in the owner's manual requiring a professional to install the leveling system. It just says to follow the instructions when installing or you'll void the warranty.

What kind of stabilizer jacks are you currently using?

@HilaryF Ok, yeah the Electric Ground Control TT Automatic 5-Point Travel Trailer Leveling System item # LC672136 will definitely be a solid upgrade over those.
