What Info Is Needed to Upgrade Trailer Axle Capacity

Question:

Hi there, I’d like to up grade my 2010 Keystone Cougar fifth wheel rear axle from 5.2k to 6k. Which axle options do you have? Thank you. Kent

Hey Kent, in order to pick out a replacement axle we would need to know the distance from hub face to hub face as well as distance from spring seat center to spring seat center. We don't have every axle configuration though so you might have to order one in from a local trailer shop to you.

Hi Jamison, after poking around a bit, I discovered some dimensions on the axle. Axle size HF: 86.5” SC: 68.5 tube cut: 75.8” Please let me know. Thank you, Kent

@KentH That is the correct info needed but unfortunately we don't have anything that matches which is super annoying. you'll have to find a local shop who can order them in.
