Question:
Do you know if a 1 1/4 hitch is available for a 1993 Cadillac Allante? I would like one for my bike rack on my Allante. Thanks.

Hi George; if it is a 4-door it looks like U-Haul makes a custom hitch for it but you will have to go through them. If it is a 2-door, or if the price seems too high on the other hitch for the 4-door, you can check with a local fabricator and see if they'll make one for you using # E-911.
The only other option would be to use a trunk mount bike rack like the # 298-BK1910-BK or add a roof rack like # 298-SX6000B. With the roof rack you can use a bike rack like the Yakima FrontLoader # Y02103.

Hi George, did you have a chance to check with U-Haul or a local fabricator about the hitch for your Allante? I'm curious to know how it worked out for you, as it could help others looking for similar solutions.
