Will this work on al-ko 10k axles as well

For a 10k AL-KO trailer axle we have the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit part # K2HR10A11RERR but the # K2HR12A11-120DW that you referenced is designed for a 12k AL-KO axle.

Your part number K2HR10A11RERR for the AL-KO 10k brake kit does not seem to be valid? Do you offer a Brake kit specifically for the 10k or are the 10k & 12k interchangeable as I have read online?
