How to Place K-Source Blind Spot Mirror

Question:
By rotating the mirror 180 degrees, you can have the thickinch part of the wedgeinch on the side of the stick on mirror that is closer to the driver or on the side farther away from the driver. In the video it looks to me as if the wedge is on the side awayfoot from the driver. Is this how it SHOULD be installed? I would think that having the wedge on the side closest to the driver would tilt the mirror outwardsfoot to give more coverage of the area beside the car truck where another vehicle might be lurking unseen in the blind spot. Regardless of my opinion, which arrangement do you recommend?

Hi Gary; the K-Source Blind Spot Mirror # KSCW022 is typically installed on the bottom outside corner with the thinner part closer to the vehicle as seen in the video. However, you can place it in any position/direction that works best for you. There really is no right or wrong here as long as it allows you to see your blind spot.
Since everyone is different, and sits in a different position in their vehicle, we recommend using a piece of folded tape on the back and moving it around to see exactly where you want it before you peel the backing for permanent installation.
