Question:
What’s the lowest temperature these can operate in? I do some winter camping in Colorado, Montana, Utah mainly in those areas.

Alex, both power station units # BL23ZR # BL83ZR operate best between 30°F and 100°F. Below 30°F, capacity drops, and they’ll display a “cold” icon. Keeping them insulated while in use helps in cold weather, but avoid blocking the ventilation grills.
It will still operate under freezing temps, just reduced capacity until the unit senses the temperature is above 30F, then it'll switch back to full capacity. This is standard for most lithium batteries on the market, not just BioLite Power Stations.
How cold are your typical trips? We can recommend the best way to insulate the BaseCharge without affecting airflow.
