Hello Ginny, thanks for reaching out. It sounds like you are trying to add a 7-way trailer plug to your 2015 Honda CR-V. We do have the parts needed for this. The # A10-7084VP technically could be used for this, but there would be several other parts necessary to make it work. If you wish to add a fully-functional 7-way along with a 12v power pin, here are the parts you will need:

- Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56158

- Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller - 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat - 10 Gauge Wires # ETBC7

These two kits combined contain everything you need to add a 4-flat and 7-way to your CR-V. This includes the wires to run 12v to the 7-way along with all of the necessary wires for a brake controller, should you ever need to use one.

Take a look at the install videos I linked. You should find them very helpful if you plan to install yourself.

What kind of trailer will you be towing? Does it have electric brakes?

Hey Ginny, did you get a chance to install the 7-way trailer plug on your Honda CR-V? I'm curious if the parts worked out for your setup, especially with charging your trailer battery. Let me know how it went, as it could really help others with similar needs!
