Will the Curt RVi4 automatically reset after I start the car again post-towing?

Good question, Chad. If you start your towed vehicle’s engine after setup like when moving campsites, you must re-run the Auto Position process again on the Curt Braking System # RVi44FR. That’s because starting the engine restores vacuum brake assist, and the RVi4 needs to remove it for safe towing. Just unplug from the 12V socket, then plug it back in and follow the audio prompts again.
