Troubleshooting Electric Jack that will Lower but Not Raise

Electric Jack will lower but not raise. Makes no sound. Replaced the switch but still won’t raise.

How the charge on the battery? A weak battery or even a weak wiring connection to it will cause issues like you mentioned. But otherwise it would be a bad motor and jack would need to get replaced since you already tried a switch.
