I need to know the entire height of the ball. I need the overall height for eh gooseneck ball to be less than 7 7/8 inches. 6 3/4 would be optimal

I am needing to lower the front of my 5th wheel. My bed rail to trailer gap is about 9” and would like to get it to 7”. King pin is adjusted all the way up.
