What Is The Overall Height Of The Curt Pop-In Ball C60601?

Question:

I need to know the entire height of the ball. I need the overall height for eh gooseneck ball to be less than 7 7/8 inches. 6 3/4 would be optimal

Hello Jay, thanks for reaching out. The Curt Pop-In Ball # C60601 is 6-13/16" tall overall. I have included a picture with some dimensions for your reference.

Why are you needing the ball to be a specific height? Just curious.

I am needing to lower the front of my 5th wheel. My bed rail to trailer gap is about 9” and would like to get it to 7”. King pin is adjusted all the way up.

@JayL Ok that makes sense. That Curt ball looks to be the shortest we offer and it sounds like it will work for you. Aside from that, the only other solution for this would be to add a lift kit to the 5th wheel which would be WAY more involved so hopefully the Curt ball gets you where you need to be.
