I have only used it once but everything worked perfectly. It was very simple to attach and seemed very solid when pulling. I have only used a 5th wheel receiver in the past and the gooseneck seems to have much more range of motion
The product was shipped correctly and on time.
I could only find the Curt Pop-In Ball for my gooseneck horse trailer one place locally and it was almost twice the cost of the ball I ordered from etrailer. The ordering process and delivery from etrailer was quick and simple. I expect to do more business with etrailer in the near future.

Product seems well built over all except for the latch keeping retaining pins in place. Could have a little mire resistence so it doesnt come disengaged so easily

I bought the C60601 25/16" ball and the C60608 chain anchors
for my '17 f350 King Ranch. If you got the picture I have put
them in a water proof hard case so they won'the rattle.
The case can't weigh more than 3# and the whole thing
weighs 19.5 lbs. They are good looking and heavy duty pieces
of equipment and would cost about 21/2 times that much
at the dealership.
I will use them for my 24ft gooseneck in hauling my tractors
and hay on occasion.

I finally got the BALLS That I ordered. Seemed to take quite some time but they showed up. Now what to do.
Works as it should. However if I didn’t already have the stock receiver I would have put a turnover ball gooseneck on the truck. My old F-250 had a B&W turnover ball gooseneck in it and it was great. Didn’t have to store the ball someplace or clean out the hole ever time I need to put in the ball.
The original 30k ball we had on our 2022 Chevy 3500 was rusted in place, but after a lot of elbow grease we were finally able to get it removed. This ball is a perfect replacement and upgrade to 38k. Great quality, and fits perfectly. Thank you!

I bought the 3 ball last year. I use it about 3 times per week. Works just as they said it would on my 2020 F350
