Will this hitch handle my 38 ft 5 th wheel. Weight is 10,105 dry. Or do I need a bigger one.

Oh, it definitely will Jeff! The B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch item # BWRVK3200 has a 16,000 lbs capacity. So long as your dry 10,105 lbs doesn't gain 6,000 lbs when it's loaded and going down the road you'll be good to go.
The B&W Patriot item # BWRVK3200 mounts to industry standard 5th wheel rails. What year, make, and model truck do you have and does it have a set of 5th wheel rails installed in the bed?
