Does Hitch With Concealed Cross Tube Offer Better Clearance on 2025 Honda Odyssey Touring

I have a 2025 Honda odyssey touring. I am wanting to install a hitch and want to make sure I’m buying the hitch with the best ground clearance. Im not afraid to remove the bumper if needed but I can’t tell if the hidden hitches offer better ground clearance than the ones that sit below the bumper. What are your recommendations? Do the hidden hitches provide better ground clearance or are they just for looks? Thanks!

Hi William; a hitch like the Curt # C64NR with the concealed cross tube will offer better clearance than the # C13370. The receiver will sit about 1/2" higher, plus you have better overall clearance at the rear with only the receiver hanging down. As an added bonus, it looks significantly better.
