Question:
I have bed rails from a Reese sliding hitch, could I use those rails with the BandW38XR?

Hi Ronnie!
The B&W # BW38XR actually comes with rails and universal brackets, so it isn't the one you will need (unless you wanted the extra rails for something else). The B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider - Dual Jaw - 18,000 lbs # BWRVK3270 is just the hitch and will definitely fit your Reese rails! Reese, as well as B&W and most others, follow an industry standard for above bed rails, so there are no worries there.
What kind of trailer are you towing?

Thanks for replying to my question. I tow a Forest River/ Sandpiper 5th wheel. And I have a Pullrite sliding hitch, no getting out of the truck to flip a handle to get it to slide, as with the Reese hitch, I had. The Pullrite works good but, you have to be almost dead on to hook up. Your only allowed 10 degrees off to hookup, does the BW38XR or BWRVK3270 have such tolerances. Thank you, Ron Hall
