What Installation Hardware Should Be Used w/ the Jif Marine Dock Bumpers?

Question:
What length of screw or lag should we use to install the Jeff side bumpers? Should we use stainless steel? And should we pre-drill holes in the cut outs and one additional question can these be cut down the middle or cut shorter if necessary to fit

Hey Karey. To install the Jif Marine Dock Bumper item # JIF57VR you will want to use 1/2" diameter stainless steel screws. It's always a good idea to pre-drill holes. Just makes it easier to install the screws. I would avoid cutting into them. If you have to try to cut on a seam.
