My Furrion/Everchill SRM-418BG-E Fridge Isn't Working

Have a new Mo-srm418cbg-e had for 2 Years and has already stopped working, this is an expensive fris and freezer to already have stopped working. On the internet this is a reacurring problem for this frig. Any Help With this problem

I'm seeing that this style of fridge from Furrion/Everchill (srm-418bg-e) has about a 1 year warranty. Is yours still within this range?

What exactly is going on with it, and what kind of troubleshooting have you already done?

We have tried trouble shouting. Were told but a refrigeration person the the frig will no longer work. The controller for thermostats no longer gets any power or contiity
