Hi Jamie!

If you are asking if the Timbren Silent Ride Suspension for Tandem Axle Trailers w/ 2-3/8" Round Axles - 7,000 lbs # TSR7000T04 comes with both driver and passenger sides, the answer is yes, it absolutely does. This will come with everything you need to attach two axles to it. You will just need to source the 2" x 4" hollow steel crossmember with 3/16" wall thickness and 5/8" Grade-5 bolts needed to attach them to the frame of your trailer (unless you are welding it on, in which case you will not need the bolts, of course). I included a picture of everything that comes included as well.

What kind of trailer are you wanting to install this on? Is the suspension getting worn out or are you just looking for an upgrade?
