Hey Brad, welcome back. The Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Rack item # HLY64FR doesn't require any accessories to work with Step-Thru style bikes. The padded clamps with hand knobs will grab your bikes by the frame or seat post so you won't need an adapter bar. The included small wheel adapters will get you set up if you have smaller 20" wheels. This is all covered on pages 9 and 10 in the instruction manual I have attached below.
