Hey James, I have an option that will work great for you but there isn't an adapter available for the Swagman Pick-Up Truck Bed Mounted 2 Bike Carrier # S64702 that allows it to be used with a thru-axle fork.
For a very similar truck bed bike rack I recommend taking a look at the Swagman Patrol # S64701 instead. This rack is compatible with 9-mm quick-release skewers and 15-mm thru-axle forks. If you have a 12-mm thru-axle fork you can add the Adapter # S64718.
