Good morning Kathy; this can seem confusing at first, so don't feel bad. You can plug a panel into a power station only if your power station has a built-in MPPT controller like most of them do (let me know which one you have and I can verify for you). The portable solar panels from Rich Solar # RS35FR and # RS85FR are unregulated panels which is why they require a controller or power station with a built-in controller.
You can plug them into EcoFlow, Jackery, Bluetti, or Goal Zero power stations with the correct adapter and you're good. Always check voltage and current limits of every part before plugging in. If you can let me know what your plug-in connection looks like then I can find an adapter for you. For example, we have the 10AWG Solar Connector to SAE Adapter - Connects Solar Panels to SAE Plugs # RS39VR or hardwired option Redarc MC4 Output Cable # RED38VR.
You may end up needing an adapter from the manufacturer of the power station.
