Hey Vincent, yes the etrailer brake assembly set part # AKEBRK-6 will fit your 2010 Fuzion 322 because it has 7k axles which is what these are designed to fit. These are a manually adjusted brake assembly set that would require periodic adjustment so you might be interested in the part # AKEBRK-7-SA which is the self adjusting version. One less thing to worry about when planning your trips!
