Will The MORryde RV Door Latch Extender Work For A Left Hand Opening Door?

Question:
I see this is always shown on a right hand swing door. I have a momentum 376ths with a left swing door. Can the top connecting be swappedinch to work on a left swing door?

Hey Chad. You asked a good question so I ran this by my contact at MORryde.
The MORryde RV Door Latch Extender # MR22JR will only work for right hand swing doors. There would be no way to configure it to work with a left hand opening door. Apparently the engineers at MORryde looked in to making one but there was not enough demand. They also said something about the left arm swing increasing the chance of damages occurring to the door or latch. I'm not quite sure what that means but I will take their word for it haha.
I am sorry to say we do not offer a latch extender for a left hand opening door at this time.

Hey Chad, I'm sorry to hear that the latch extender won't work for your left swing door. Have you found another solution for your Momentum 376THS? I'm curious because it might help others facing the same issue.
