Hi I am interested in the pac load air bags XD 7500 however I have a BW goose neck installed will these still work . I ask because it talked about factory fifth wheel hitch not working with it

Hi Rene; the Pacbrake Alpha XD # PB52RV will fit your 2025 GMC Sierra 3500. The only exception is if you have Curt 5th wheel brackets so your Turnoverball # BWGNRK1020 won't impact fitment. I also recommend adding an air compressor like the Pacbrake Bravo # PB59MV or PacBrake Bravo - XD Compressor # PB68SV so you can adjust the air pressure wherever you go from the cab of the truck.
