What to Check if RV Water Heater is Leaking

Question:
water heater leaking need to replace dont know for sure where it is leaking but do I need to replace the whole heater?

Hey Kevin, thanks for reaching out!
You might need to swap out your water heater, but you also might just have a small part to replace. According to my research you'll want to check the anode rod, temp and pressure relief valves, the heating element, and other connections as well as if your tank is worn out in any places.
Let me know what you end up finding out, and if you aren't sure or you aren't confident in checking these things, then I recommend having a shop do it for you or seeing if a friend with experience in water heaters can help you out.
