Question:
Can the HMAV2-AVT2 polypropylene trailer vents be installed on the front wall of a trailer with the opening facing down? Would this cause any rain water issues while traveling?

Hey Ken; you can install the 2-Piece Exterior Wall Vent # HMAV2-AVT2 on the front of your trailer. As long as that opening is facing down you won't have any issues with rain water. It is possible some water might splash up into the opening from spray on the road or heavy rain hitting the front but that won't be a problem. The way it is designed on the inside will keep water out of the trailer and allow it to drain once you stop moving.
What kind of trailer do you have?

It is a custom trailer that my son and I built. We use it to haul chairs, tents, tables, etc. to football game tailgating events.
