Hi Leo!
This is a question that comes up every now and again and there are a lot of differing opinions out there in the ether. What we always stick with is what we have been told by all the tire manufacturers, as they will know best. If your tire is rated to 80 psi, that is what you will want it filled to (when cold).
The only exception to this rule is Goodyear. They have a chart that lays out what the capacity will be at a specific psi, but again, they are the only ones that do this. I couldn't find anything like this for Duro tires, so stick with the 80 psi you found on the side wall. It will let you get the full capacity of your tires.
