The Thule 430r item for sale 753-2157-02 is that a pack of 4 or just 1 for $74? Also, I know it’s a discontinued mount but does it fit current model evo bars?

The Replacement Railing Foot for Thule Rapid Tracker Foot Pack # 753-2157-02 is just for 1 replacement foot, and it does indeed fit the current evo bars like the Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 53" Long - Qty 2 # TH711420.
