I have a b and w gooseneck ball in my 2013 duramax I know that the curt x5 adapter will work with it but I have a b and w 5th wheel hitch BW62QR is the part number I’m curious if this will be compatible?

Hey Colby,
The Curt X5 adapter # 16310 that you mentioned would drop right into that gooseneck hole perfectly. You could then just take the hitch that you have and install it on those rails since they are industry standard. This would allow you to just use the hitch you currently have and add one more piece for it to work. Since your hitch is 18k this adapter is already rated enough for what you are towing. The # 16310 is going to work great for you.
