Hello Alvin, thanks for reaching out. We do have an option for replacing your Coleman AC unit. This will involve replacing your rooftop AC, controller, distribution box and thermostat. Reason being new AC units use a new R32 refruigerant. Old units use the 410a and these AC systems are incompatible with the new R32 refrigerant. So your best option is to replace the whole AC system. For that I recommend the following:

- Advent Air RV Air Conditioner System - Manual - 13,500 Btu - White - R32 # ADV23SR

- Advent Air RV Air Conditioner System - Single Zone - 13,500 Btu - White - R32 # ADV95SR

My ac is not ducted, so I will eliminate ADV95SR. I was looking at some units, are these units rechargeable? The one I was looking at is a ACM135C ( the aluminum parts notation caught my eye), any information to help decide is appreciated. Also, will either unit work right out of box, or will I need additional parts, like wiring? Thanks

@AlvinM The Advent units I mentioned above can work with both ducted or ductless systems. The Advent units are a closed system so there is no way to recharge the refrigerant. There SHOULD not be any additional wiring needed. The wiring ran for the current AC system should be sufficient.
