Question:

Does etrailer sell parts for these? Ive had an Equalizer E4 hitch for years and purchasing an ATC trailer. The ATC trailers have an 8inch A-Frame and the current brackets for my steel-framed trailer only fit a 6inch frame. I would like to keep the rest of my hitch setup and just purchase the 8inch frame compatible clamps that bolt to the trailer.

Hello John, thanks for reaching out. We do carry parts for the Equalizer weight distribution hitches, and we actually have exactly the part you are looking for. What you will need is the Inner Link Plate # EQ90-02-5210 and outer link plate # EQ90-02-5379. These will allow you WD hitch to attach to trailer frames 7" - 10" wide. You will need two of each bracket, then it will use the existing hardware.
